• Expanded File Format Support
  The Asset Monitor and Automation Agent creation journey now support .doc and .docx files in addition to existing formats such as PDF, JPEG, JPG and PNG.
  
  
• Mandatory Knowledge Base Description
  To optimize advanced retrieval settings and improve performance, the Knowledge Base (KB) description field is now mandatory during creation. Existing KBs without descriptions will continue to function as expected.
  
  
• Improved File Processing Reliability
  File image conversion and text extraction are now handled in a step-by-step process using a queue system. This change helps manage tasks better and prevents errors caused by processing too many files at once, ensuring smoother and more reliable performance.
  
  
• Enhanced Vector Search Functionality
  The search system has been upgraded to work faster and use less storage space. It provides more accurate results while continuing to support all existing knowledge bases and agents.
  
  
• Improved Error Messaging
  Error messages across the platform have been enhanced to provide users with clearer and more actionable guidance, improving user understanding and issue resolution.
  
  
• Region based URL changes
  We have implemented region-based URL changes to ensure that the application correctly routes users to the appropriate regional server, enhancing performance and compliance with local regulations.
