# Limitations

Limitation	Description
Agent compatibility	Only published Automation Agents can be added to a workflow. Conversational agents and unpublished agents are not supported.
Static environment variables	All Environment Variables must be predefined in the Settings tab. They cannot be created or modified dynamically during workflow execution.
No native reuse across workflows	Reusing logic across workflows requires exporting the entire workflow and importing it into another. There is no component-level reusability.
Sequential-only execution	Parallel Execution of workflows is currently not supported.

File Handling	Language restriction – On-demand document ingestion supports English-language files only.
	Maximum file size limits – Document files must be under 20 MB and images under 5 MB.
	Unsupported file security – Encrypted, zipped, or password-protected files cannot be processed.
	Supported formats only – Supports PDF, PNG, JPEG, TIFF, and DOCX formats.
