Credentials[NEW]
Overview
The Credentials module is the one place to create, view, update and delete the credentials that agents, workflows, EGPT, Knowledge Gardens and the Data Library use to connect to external systems. Open it from Credentials in the left navigation panel. It replaces the Accounts tab under Tools.
Credentials are split into two tabs, Personal and Shared. The earlier Private / Public option for credentials no longer exists, and a credential's type can't be changed after it is created.
What you can do with a credential depends on your assigned policy and on the credential type. This keeps sensitive access details limited to the people who need them.
